A great foot toy

When we were doing our toy making meeting this was one of the ideas that Lori one of the club members had and Pete LOVES it.

It's a slice of loofah with 3 nuts inserted.
You can even put in nutriberries or whatever treat your bird likes best
This is Pete's favorite.

That's neat. I might have to try it with my guys. What do you use to cut your loofah with? The ones I bought were kind of hard to cut. I ended up using a box knife.

I used a bread cutting knife that kind of worked like a saw.
The loofah was flat too but if you cut them and then put them in some clean water they instantly go round. Then just lay to dry on a towel.
Pete just loves it.

They were a hit at the meeting.
I made all the birds one and not one of them said no thanks
I think this is a winner of all bird toys.
I am also going to try and string some up for Robby and see how he accepts them.
